T&G has obtained Full Planning Consent for 4 nos. of 5 bedroom houses in Riddlesdale Place, Blackburn. Commencement on site is expected in January 2009.

T&G has secured Outline Planning Consent for the redevelopment of Bond Hotel in Blackpool comprising 142 bedrooms with ancillary facilities. Reserved matters application (on external appearance and landscaping) will be submitted shortly to achieve commencement on site in June 2009.
